Top Avana contains 50 mg of Anafranil and 30 mg of Dapoxetine. Anafranil is a tricyclic antidepressant. It affects chemicals in the brain that may become unbalanced. Dapoxetine is a medicine used for treatment of premature ejaculation in men. It belongs to the group of the drugs called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). It is useful for men with inability to sustain ejaculation.
Directions
Take this medication exactly as it was prescribed for you. Your doctor may occasionally change your dose to make sure you get the best results from this medication. Avoid drinking alcohol and grapefruit juice and eating grapefruit.
Precautions
Do not use this medication if you are allergic to clomipramine or to similar drugs or if you have recently had a heart attack. Don't drive as this medicines that make you sleepy. Overdose
